Meet The Team

Laura grimes, CEO

Laura is CEO of Harrington Consulting Group, Inc., is a Certified Contact Center Management Consultant (CCMC) and a senior certified associate of International Calls Management Institute (ICMI).  In these roles, she provides strategic and tactical guidance for numerous organizations in a wide variety of industries. Laura specializes in contact center wellness reviews as well as projects in areas such as customer relationship management, forecasting/scheduling/budgeting, the quality improvement process that encompass organizational alignment along with agent delivery, technology/vendor selection, developing coaches, site selection for call centers and long-term planning. Additionally, she has managed training and quality, resource management, new program implementation and operations in mission-critical award winning call center operations.

dea harrington, board director

Dea has been a senior level executive and/or corporate officer for several Fortune 500 companies during her twenty-five years in service delivery operations, call center engineering, contact center management, and customer relationship management. As a service provider to a long list of companies that includes American Express, AARP, Spherion, UPS, The Cross Country Group, and Thompson Consumer Electronics, Dea has formed an industry reputation for successfully developing and implementing solid solutions to multi-dimensional complex service delivery operational issues. She has located, built and implemented many time sensitive build out projects as part of her own or client growth. In 1996 she co-founded NorCross Teleservices, successfully creating and implementing a long-term business plan to market insourcing and outsourcing of client’s complex customer care operations. This very successful company is now a division of the Spherion Corporation.

Over the past fifteen years she has lectured at numerous professional seminars, universities and conferences and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, USAir Radio, Service Level News and other industry publications.

In addition to her BA in Marketing and Psychology, Dea has a continuing education in Strategic and Competitive Operations at Harvard University, and a System Dynamics at the Sloan School of Business, MIT.

Mary Anne Squillace, CPA, CGMA

Mary Anne leads a CPA practice focused on providing services to the Private Equity and Venture Capital Industries. Her services are provided to both the fund and corporate managements.

Emma Grimes, human interface consultant

Emma works with our clients to ensure the environment around customers and employees is comfortable, efficient, and safe. She utilizes human factor engineering standards to optimize content for our clients. She is a Master of Science Candidate in Human Factors Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
